BULLDOZER OPERATOR @ TALENT GRID AFRICA
We are looking for an experienced Bulldozer Operator to contribute to our major infrastructure development in Dar es Salaam. The operator will be tasked with moving large quantities of earth, clearing sites, and performing precise grading activities as dictated by project site plans.
Candidates must demonstrate extensive knowledge of safe bulldozer handling techniques. Your primary duties will include spreading soil, leveling ground, and operating the equipment with a focus on safety, efficiency, and project accuracy. Maintenance checks and adherence to site protocols are essential.

Key Requirements
3–5 years of proven bulldozer operating experience
Valid Class G licence or recognized operator certification
Proficiency in site clearing and earthmoving techniques
Ability to interpret complex grading plans
Strict adherence to safety guidelines and site protocols
Mechanical aptitude for daily equipment inspection
Capacity to operate in challenging terrain
Strong commitment to high-quality project standards
Team-oriented with clear communication skills
Physical fitness required for operating heavy machinery
