A leading multinational technology organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Python Developer / Technical Lead to design scalable systems, lead engineering initiatives, and drive innovation across complex digital platforms in Saudi Arabia. This role will focus on building high-performance backend systems, leading development teams, and delivering enterprise-grade applications across cloud-native environments. You will be instrumental in making architectural decisions and ensuring the technical excellence of the platform, specifically catering to the FinTech and AI/ML sectors.
Key responsibilities include designing microservices, optimizing RESTful APIs, and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines. You will also mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. The position offers a monthly salary range of SAR 35,000 – 60,000, performance-based bonuses, stock options, and comprehensive medical insurance. Candidates will also benefit from a housing allowance and annual travel benefits in a flexible or hybrid work environment.

Key Requirements
13+ years of experience in Python development and software engineering.
Strong expertise in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong background in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Proven experience leading engineering teams or complex technical projects.
Deep knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD tools.
Prior experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or fintech systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
Ability to design, develop, and maintain high-availability Python-based applications.
Proficiency in building and optimizing RESTful APIs and distributed data pipelines.
