CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO) / CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER (CIO) @ TALENT BRIDGE SOLUTIONS
A leading multinational organization is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Chief Information Officer (CIO) to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, digital innovation, cybersecurity governance, and scalable architecture modernization. This C-level position reports directly to the CEO and Board and plays a critical role in business growth, digital competitiveness, and operational excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and executing technology roadmaps, driving AI adoption, and managing complex vendor ecosystems and compliance frameworks.
The role offers a competitive compensation package of AED 70,000 – 150,000 per month, alongside performance-based executive bonuses and equity participation or Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP). Key responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive IT infrastructure, scaling high-performing engineering and IT teams, and presenting technology risk posture and innovation ROI to the Board. This is a full-time executive position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, ideally suited for a candidate with extensive experience in international markets or the GCC region.

Key Requirements
15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
Prior CTO or CIO experience in large-scale or high-growth environments.
Proven success delivering comprehensive digital transformation programs.
Strong board-level reporting and stakeholder management capability.
Deep expertise in enterprise technology and digital strategy development.
Experience leading cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and data governance initiatives.
Ability to oversee IT infrastructure, platforms, and enterprise systems integration.
Proved ability to drive AI adoption, automation, and emerging technology innovation.
Expertise in managing technology budgets, vendor ecosystems, and compliance frameworks.
Experience in building and scaling high-performing engineering and IT teams.
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or an MBA is preferred.
Relevant experience in GCC or international markets is highly desirable.
