Talent Archer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join a leading diversified group company operating in the Mining Chemicals and Industrial Products sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting to support business growth. You will work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and maintain the financial health of the organization.
This position is based in East Africa, with primary operations located in Tanzania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within manufacturing, mining, or industrial sectors. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in ERP systems to contribute to process improvements, audits, and inventory management, ensuring all financial activities align with company objectives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
3–5 years of professional accounting experience
Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP software
Experience with ERP implementation or system migration
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and taxation standards
Proven experience in account reconciliations and inventory accounting
Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls
Background in manufacturing, mining, or distribution industries
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software
