We are hiring a Supply Chain Director to oversee regional logistics operations, procurement strategy, and distribution performance for our operations in the Middle East. This senior leadership role requires managing complex supply chain networks, optimizing performance metrics, and leading high-performing operational teams to ensure seamless delivery across the region. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for procurement and logistics within a fast-paced environment encompassing logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess over 12 to 15 years of experience in supply chain leadership. This position offers a highly competitive salary range of AED 60,000 – 110,000 per month, along with executive benefits and performance-based incentives. Key Requirements
12–15+ years of experience in supply chain leadership positions.
Proven experience in fast-paced logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce environments.
Ability to oversee regional logistics operations and procurement strategy.
Track record of managing and optimizing complex supply chain networks.
Strong leadership skills to manage and develop large operational teams.
Expertise in performance optimization and distribution performance management.
Strategic thinking capabilities for regional logistics network design.
