A prestigious organization is seeking a highly experienced Quality Director to lead quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across various major construction projects and operations in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality strategies, overseeing QA/QC processes, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards while driving organizational excellence.
This role requires a leader with an analytical mindset who can thrive in large-scale environments. In addition to overseeing quality standards, you will be expected to champion continuous improvement and manage multi-disciplinary teams. The monthly salary for this position in Riyadh ranges from SAR 75,000 to 140,000, tax-free, plus bonus and benefits.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10-15 years experience in Quality Management.
Expertise in QA/QC frameworks and regulatory standards.
Strong background in Construction or Engineering industries.
Demonstrated leadership in large-scale, complex environments.
Analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Professional certification such as Six Sigma or ISO Lead Auditor.
Proven ability to implement and monitor quality strategies.
Experience in conducting audits and driving compliance.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
