Key Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in Quality Management.
Detailed knowledge of QA/QC standards in engineering.
Experience in the Oman or broader GCC construction market.
Ability to develop and execute quality-focused organizational strategies.
Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented focus.
Relevant Engineering degree from an accredited institution.
Professional certification in Quality Auditing or Management.
Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams.
Expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
