HSE MANAGER (CONSTRUCTION) @ TALENT ARABIA GROUP
The HSE Manager (Construction) will be responsible for overseeing all health, safety, and environmental aspects of major infrastructure and construction mega-projects in Riyadh. This senior-level role requires a strategic thinker who can develop comprehensive HSE policies, monitor ongoing safety performance, and enforce strict protocols to ensure a zero-accident environment. You will be the primary point of contact for safety compliance, working closely with project teams to mitigate risks and maintain adherence to Saudi Arabian regulations and international standards.
In addition to policy development, the successful candidate will be tasked with conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards. You will play a vital role in mentoring and training project personnel on safety awareness, fostering a culture of safety excellence across the organization. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to report on key safety metrics to senior management, ensuring that all project milestones are met without compromising the well-being of the workforce. Possible work locations include Riyadh and other designated project sites within the country.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience as an HSE Manager specifically in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of GCC HSE regulations and international safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and complex problem-solving skills.
Professional certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
Proven track record in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.
Experience in conducting comprehensive site inspections and safety audits.
Ability to monitor and report on safety performance metrics effectively.
Proficiency in safety training and mentoring project teams on-site.
Current residency within the GCC region is mandatory for consideration.
