HSE DIRECTOR @ TALENT ARABIA GROUP
Talent Arabia Group is recruiting an HSE Director to manage health, safety, and environmental operations across the United Arab Emirates, specifically focusing on Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our infrastructure and mega-project pipelines meet international safety benchmarks and regional compliance standards. The director will be responsible for fostering a safety-first mindset across diverse project teams and implementing strategic HSE improvements. The monthly salary is AED 75,000–135,000 tax-free, plus executive benefits.

Key Requirements
Strong HSE leadership experience specifically within the UAE market.
In-depth expertise in international and UAE safety standards and compliance.
Demonstrated experience in overseeing HSE for mega-projects or infrastructure.
Strategic capability to implement and lead comprehensive safety programs.
Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating operational risks.
Advanced safety certifications (e.g., CMIOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
Experience conducting and leading large-scale safety audits.
Exceptional communication skills for multi-cultural workforce management.
Proven ability to promote a culture of safety excellence and accountability.
Strong background in environmental impact and compliance monitoring.
Senior-level experience with at least 12-15 years in high-risk industries.
