HSE DIRECTOR @ TALENT ARABIA GROUP
We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Director to spearhead health, safety, and environmental strategies for major infrastructure and construction operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Riyadh region, ensuring that all projects adhere to the highest safety standards and regulatory requirements while promoting a robust culture of safety excellence. The role involves developing comprehensive HSE frameworks and leading strategic initiatives to mitigate risks across large-scale operations. The monthly salary for this senior executive position is SAR 80,000–145,000 tax-free, supplemented by executive benefits and bonuses.

Key Requirements
Extensive HSE leadership experience in the construction or engineering sector.
Proved expertise in safety standards and regulatory compliance within the GCC.
Significant experience managing HSE for large-scale infrastructure or mega projects.
Ability to develop and implement global-standard HSE strategies.
A proactive and strategic mindset towards risk mitigation and safety management.
Professional certification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent).
Strong track record in leading safety audits and comprehensive risk assessments.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Experience in environmental management and sustainability practices.
Fluency in English; knowledge of local regulations in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
