COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR / COMMERCIAL HEAD @ TALENT ARABIA GROUP
This executive opportunity is for a Commercial Director or Commercial Head to join our pipeline for major projects in the United Arab Emirates, specifically focusing on development projects in Dubai and mega projects in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for leading the commercial execution, managing high-value contracts, and ensuring the financial success of large-scale real estate and infrastructure portfolios. The role includes a monthly salary of AED 85,000–150,000 tax-free plus an executive package.
Candidates must demonstrate strong commercial leadership and expertise in cost control within the construction industry. As a key decision-maker, you will support business growth through strategic financial management and expert negotiation. This role is intended for senior professionals with a deep understanding of the UAE market dynamics and a history of successful project delivery across the region's diverse developments.
