talantahsolution is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analytics Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, organizing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that support our business decision-making processes. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring that reporting structures are accurate and efficient for stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with different departments to identify trends, create comprehensive reports, and optimize data management workflows. Key Requirements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant professional experience
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good communication skills in English
Basic understanding of database management concepts
Commitment to meeting strict reporting deadlines
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple data tasks
Ability to learn new software tools and internal processes quickly
