WAREHOUSE OFFICER @ TALANTAH SOLUTIONS
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Officer to join our team in Kibaha, Tanzania. This role involves managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods, maintaining accurate inventory and stock records, and organizing warehouse activities. The officer will ensure proper storage and handling of materials, prepare inventory reports, and coordinate effectively with procurement, logistics, and other departments. A key aspect of this position is maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to ensure efficient operations and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse operations.
Good knowledge of inventory management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage stock levels efficiently.
Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
Experience in coordinating with multiple departments.
Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks if required.
