QC ON-SITE INSPECTOR (2 POSTS) @ TALANTAH
Talantah is currently hiring two QC On-Site Inspectors for our Kibaha operations. In this role, you will be stationed directly on the production floor to monitor manufacturing processes in real-time. Your objective is to ensure that every stage of production complies with the company's rigorous quality standards and to identify any potential issues before they escalate into larger production failures.
You will be responsible for conducting regular audits, providing immediate feedback to the production team, and ensuring that all staff adhere to safety and quality protocols. This role requires someone who is proactive, has a strong presence on the floor, and possesses the technical knowledge to troubleshoot quality-related problems during the manufacturing cycle. Key Requirements
Background in Industrial Engineering, Quality Control, or a similar field.
Experience in on-site production monitoring and industrial inspection.
In-depth understanding of production workflows and QC checkpoints.
Ability to conduct real-time audits and suggest immediate corrections.
Strong technical reporting skills to document on-site observations accurately.
Physical stamina to remain active on the production floor for extended periods.
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with production staff.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety (HSE) standards and compliance.
Critical thinking skills to resolve production quality issues on the fly.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
