QC LAB ANALYST (2 POSTS) @ TALANTAH
Talantah is seeking two dedicated QC Lab Analysts to join our team in Kibaha. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting rigorous laboratory tests, analyzing various samples, and ensuring that all final products meet the established quality and safety standards. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our production output through precise scientific measurement and data analysis.
In this position, you will work closely with the production and quality teams to monitor batches and provide immediate feedback on any deviations. You will also be tasked with maintaining lab equipment, documenting results accurately, and following all safety guidelines to ensure a productive and safe working environment. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field.
Proven experience in laboratory testing and chemical analysis.
Proficiency in using modern laboratory equipment and software tools.
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data recording.
Knowledge of international ISO quality standards and safety protocols.
Ability to interpret complex technical data and write detailed reports.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
Advanced problem-solving skills related to laboratory procedures.
Willingness to work in shifts if required by the production schedule.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple samples simultaneously.
