ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (10 POSTS) @ TALANTAH
Talantah is seeking ten skilled Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join our technical department in Kibaha. These technicians will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical systems and industrial equipment within the facility. The primary goal is to minimize downtime and ensure that all machinery operates at peak efficiency through a combination of preventive and reactive maintenance strategies.
Candidates will work on complex electrical circuits, motors, and control systems, requiring a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles. You will be expected to interpret technical drawings and blueprints to diagnose faults and implement long-term solutions. As part of a large team of ten, you will collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure the facility remains safe and compliant with all electrical standards, playing a key role in the overall productivity of the Kibaha operations.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Proven experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance technician.
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and industrial machinery.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex electrical faults.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations regarding electrical work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a large technical team.
Willingness to work on-call or in shifts to handle emergency repairs.
Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate service and repair logs.
