PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT OFFICER (2 POSITIONS) @ TAKE PESA
We are seeking 2 Portfolio Management Officers to handle the oversight of our loan portfolios. You will monitor loan performance, identify risks, and implement strategies to ensure the healthy recovery of funds. This role involves regular interaction with internal departments to ensure portfolio quality.
You must be highly analytical and capable of identifying trends within our lending data. The ability to act proactively to manage potential defaults and optimize the portfolio's return is essential for success in this position.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Finance or related field
Strong data analysis capabilities
Experience in credit monitoring
Attention to detail in financial reports
Ability to manage multiple portfolios
Problem-solving skills for debt resolution
Knowledge of financial regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and reporting skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision
