Take Pesa is currently seeking 15 dedicated Loan Officers to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing new clients, assessing loan applications, and ensuring that borrowers meet the necessary repayment criteria. You will be expected to travel frequently to meet with potential clients, necessitating a high degree of mobility and field presence.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, an ability to assess financial risks, and a commitment to customer service. As this role involves significant interaction with the public and site visits, you must be comfortable working in a field-oriented environment to expand our company's reach in the microfinance sector.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field
Valid motorcycle driver's license
Valid car driver's license
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work in the field independently
Good understanding of local financial markets
Professional attitude and appearance
Proficiency in basic data entry and reporting
Strong commitment to meeting performance targets
Willingness to travel to client sites
