Take Pesa is looking for a Legal Officer to handle all legal matters related to our financial operations. You will provide legal counsel, ensure contract compliance, and represent the company in legal matters as necessary. Your role is essential in mitigating legal risks and ensuring the company operates within local laws.
Candidates must have a solid foundation in commercial and corporate law. You will be expected to draft, review, and negotiate agreements and ensure that our business practices align with statutory requirements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law
Admitted to the bar/relevant legal board
At least 2 years of legal practice
Strong knowledge of commercial law
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze complex legal issues
Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills
High level of integrity and discretion
Experience in litigation management
Ability to meet tight deadlines
