COMPLIANCE OFFICER (1 POSITION) @ TAKE PESA
We are hiring a Compliance Officer to ensure Take Pesa adheres to all internal policies and external regulations. You will conduct audits, monitor business processes, and ensure that our operations remain compliant with financial regulatory bodies. You will be the point person for all regulatory reporting and internal policy reviews.
This role requires an individual who is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of compliance and integrity throughout the organization, helping to protect our reputation and operational license.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Audit
Relevant certification in compliance
Strong analytical and research skills
Knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks
Experience conducting internal audits
Ability to identify potential risk areas
Strong report writing and documentation skills
Ethical, objective, and unbiased judgment
Excellent communication and training ability
Ability to stay updated with regulatory changes
