Key Requirements
Degree in Finance, Law, Environmental Science, or Sustainability.
Deep knowledge of ESG reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD.
Experience in conducting materiality assessments and ESG audits.
Strong analytical skills to interpret environmental and social data metrics.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to develop corporate policies related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Knowledge of sustainable investment trends and green financing.
Familiarity with local UAE environmental regulations and international standards.
Experience in preparing annual sustainability reports for public companies.
Strong ethical judgment and commitment to transparent corporate governance.
