You will oversee the entire lifecycle of environmental initiatives, from planning and budgeting to implementation and evaluation. Key Requirements
Extensive experience in project management within the environmental or engineering sector.
Degree in Environmental Engineering, Management, or a related technical field.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
Strong budget management skills and experience with financial reporting.
Ability to navigate complex environmental regulations and permit processes in Germany.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of sustainable construction and green infrastructure practices.
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Jira.
Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Commitment to safety and environmental compliance standards.
