GRADUATE TRAINEE – SHOP SALES OFFICER @ TAIFA GAS
Taifa Gas is seeking a dedicated Graduate Trainee for the Shop Sales Officer position based in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shop operations, assisting customers, and supporting sales activities for our Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) products. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the energy sector while contributing to the company's retail growth and customer service standards.
Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing inventory/stock levels, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring the shop environment meets company standards. Key Requirements
A College Certificate or Ordinary Diploma in a relevant field.
Knowledge and/or experience in sales.
Strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of stock management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
High level of discipline and trustworthiness.
A clean criminal record.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
