TAHA is seeking two dedicated Business Development Services Officers to join their team in Zanzibar. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving growth and sustainability within the horticulture sector by providing strategic business support to local farmers and enterprises. This role involves identifying market opportunities, facilitating access to finance, and strengthening the value chain across both Unguja and Pemba. Candidates will work to implement programs that foster economic health and wealth through improved agricultural practices.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Cooperative Management, Community Development, Economics, or Rural Development.
Strong understanding of the horticulture industry and market dynamics within Tanzania.
Proven experience in providing business development services to SMEs or agricultural groups.
Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies.
Excellent communication and networking skills to build relationships with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting for agribusiness projects.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in Swahili and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Willingness to travel frequently between Unguja and Pemba as required by the role.
