NON-VOICE AGENT (CONTENT MODERATOR) @ TAFASEEL GROUP HOLDING
Join Tafaseel Group Holding, a leading global digital platform, as a Non-Voice Agent specializing in Content Moderation. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content on a major social media platform to ensure it aligns with established safety policies and community guidelines. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of the platform by identifying and escalating sensitive cases to the appropriate departments while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy in your work. As part of a dynamic team in Ajman, you will utilize your linguistic skills and attention to detail to analyze various forms of media and text. This position requires individuals who can handle potentially sensitive materials with professionalism and resilience. While previous BPO or moderation experience is an advantage, we are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to a safe online environment for global users. Individuals will be expected to work effectively within the Ajman office, contributing to the quality assurance of content displayed to millions of users worldwide.
Key Requirements
Strong proficiency in English communication
Proficiency in at least one Asian or African language
High attention to detail for content accuracy
Ability to handle and review sensitive or graphic content
Prior experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is preferred
Previous experience in content moderation is a plus
Ability to ensure compliance with social media platform policies
Strong analytical and decision-making skills for escalating cases
Capacity to work in a fast-paced digital environment
Excellent typing and computer literacy skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy
