We are seeking a detail-oriented Experience Operations Coordinator to join our Operations Department within the hospitality industry in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer-facing services and entertainment experiences align with our company standards for quality, safety, and overall satisfaction.
Key duties involve maintaining service utilities and entertainment props, organizing scheduled performances, and monitoring operational compliance. You will also be tasked with conducting regular inspections using established manuals and preparing detailed reports to guarantee a seamless customer experience throughout our facilities.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operations roles within the hospitality industry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities for team collaboration.
Proficiency in report writing with high attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to follow and enforce strict quality control and safety checklists.
Problem-solving skills to address equipment or service quality issues promptly.
Professional attitude with a commitment to maintaining service standards.
Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced entertainment and hospitality environment.
