T.M.J. Super Specialized Polyclinic is seeking a compassionate Nurse Mid-Wife to join our specialized care team. The successful applicant will provide essential maternal and newborn care, including prenatal assessments, support during labor, and postnatal follow-up. You will work within our ISO-9001:2015 certified facility, ensuring all clinical practices meet our high safety standards.
The Nurse Mid-Wife will support mothers and families through the childbirth process, performing deliveries and providing education on reproductive health. You will act as a key member of our nursing staff, contributing to our mission of providing safe, high-quality private healthcare in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Valid practicing license
Certification/Degree in Midwifery and Nursing
Proficiency in prenatal and postnatal care
Skilled in assisting deliveries
Strong crisis management capabilities
Excellent patient empathy and communication
Strict adherence to hygiene and sterilization protocols
Ability to maintain accurate patient documentation
Experience in emergency obstetric care
