T.M.J. Super Specialized Polyclinic is seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care, performing oral examinations, diagnosing dental conditions, and executing appropriate treatment plans to ensure optimal patient health in our ISO-9001:2015 certified facility. We pride ourselves on being the first private safe care Level 5 facility in Tanzania.
The Dentist will work within a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with other medical professionals to deliver comprehensive patient services. Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Valid practicing license in Tanzania
Degree in Dentistry (DDS/BDS)
Proficiency in diagnostic and restorative procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Ability to work effectively in a team
Knowledge of dental software and records management
Attention to detail and clinical accuracy
Ability to maintain strict hygiene and sterilization protocols
