The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring that all organizational processes align with international standards. This role involves conducting regular internal audits, identifying areas for process optimization, and working collaboratively with various departments to maintain high-quality service delivery. You will be expected to manage quality-related documentation and ensure that the company is prepared for external certification audits at all times. Key Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a Quality Assurance role.
Possession of a valid ISO 9001 Certification is mandatory.
Proven expertise in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Strong experience in conducting internal audits and preparing audit reports.
Deep understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and its application in business.
Ability to analyze workflows and identify potential risks to quality standards.
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and training staff members.
Proficiency in document control and administrative quality management tasks.
High level of detail orientation and commitment to organizational excellence.
Strong problem-solving skills to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
