ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER @ SURAJ SURENDRAN
A reputed company based in Abu Dhabi (Mussafah area) is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising electrical and instrumentation works at the site, ensuring all activities align strictly with project specifications, international standards, and safety requirements. The role involves significant coordination with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines. The position is based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.
The candidate will also be expected to perform troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning activities while preparing detailed reports and technical documentation. This position is specifically open for local hiring only. The offered salary package for this role ranges from AED 12,000 to AED 15,000 per month, depending on the candidate's specific level of experience and performance. The candidate must possess strong communication skills to handle multi-stakeholder environments efficiently.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in electrical and instrumentation roles.
Proven experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of international engineering standards and best practices.
Strong expertise in troubleshooting and commissioning electrical and instrumentation systems.
Ability to supervise site works and manage technical teams effectively.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for client and contractor interaction.
Proficiency in preparing technical reports, documentation, and technical submissions.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to HSE regulations.
Candidate must be currently residing in the UAE for local hiring.
