RESERVATIONS/ RECEPTION STAFF @ SUPERIOR RESULTS MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING
We are looking for professional Reservations and Reception staff to join our team at various high-end properties located across Northern Tanzania. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and managing the guest journey from booking to check-out. Multiple positions are available to meet the demands of the coming high season.
The role requires a high level of proficiency in Resquest Property Management Software and a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. Candidates must be fluent in English and Kiswahili and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Interviews will be conducted between May 14th and May 31st for qualified applicants.

Key Requirements
4 years combined education and experience in the position at a high-end property
Excellent Communication skills in English and Kiswahili
6 months + experience in Resquest Property Management Software
Typing speed 35 wpm
Proficient in handling guest inquiries and multi-channel bookings
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Ability to process payments and handle administrative desk tasks
Strong problem-solving skills to address guest requests or concerns
In-depth knowledge of local tourism and travel logistics in Northern Tanzania
