Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry.
Strong ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of site workers.
Thorough understanding of civil construction methods and materials.
Experience in managing tools, equipment, and material inventory on-site.
Strong focus on maintaining a safe and hazard-free work environment.
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts among team members effectively.
Excellent time management skills to ensure daily tasks are finished on schedule.
Basic knowledge of site surveying and level checking.
High school diploma or technical certification in a relevant trade.
