Suntech Engineers is seeking a dedicated Contracts Engineer to oversee international construction projects in Tanzania. Key Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in contract management.
Mandatory expertise and strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
Proven ability to handle complex construction contracts, claims, and negotiations.
Strong track record of working on international construction projects.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with global teams.
Advanced analytical skills for identifying and resolving contract disputes.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Strong understanding of commercial risk and contract administration.
Ability to manage multiple project deadlines independently.
