QUALITY INSPECTOR (2) @ SUNDA
Sunda is currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join our operations in Kibaha, Misugusugu. The primary focus of this role is to maintain high standards of production by conducting thorough inspections of incoming materials, monitoring ongoing processes, and reviewing outgoing shipments. You will be expected to ensure that all activities align with standard documentation and internal quality protocols to deliver excellence in our products.
Successful candidates will be responsible for performing various on-site tests and maintaining accurate data records for all quality-related activities. You will play a critical role in identifying non-conforming products and undertaking the initial handling and reporting of these items. Key Requirements
Must possess a Diploma or Degree in Science with a specialization in Chemistry.
Proven ability to conduct incoming material inspections against standard documentation.
Experience in process and outgoing shipment quality inspections.
Proficiency in performing on-site testing and accurate data recording.
Skill in identifying and undertaking initial handling of non-conforming products.
Previous experience in Quality Control (QC) is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage quality deviations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting results.
Ability to understand and follow complex standard operating procedures.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with production teams.
