MATERIAL CONTROLLER @ SUNDA
Sunda is seeking a dedicated Material Controller to join our manufacturing team in Kibaha. This role is critical for ensuring that material flow is tracked accurately from receipt to production, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying daily line-side warehouse receipts and monitoring real-time usage on the production floor to maintain optimal stock levels.
As a Material Controller, you will handle end-roll materials and reconcile pelletizing quantities against available data. Beyond physical tracking, you will be expected to maintain meticulous records and reports, ensuring data integrity within our systems. Your efforts in supporting on-site material control and implementing 5S activities will contribute directly to a safer and more organized working environment. Work locations include Kibaha - Misugusugu.

Key Requirements
Diploma or above in Statistics, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
Knowledge of material management and data reconciliation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data filtering).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proven experience in warehouse or material control within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to maintain accurate material records and generate daily reports.
Familiarity with 5S activities and workplace organization standards.
Capability to reconcile pelletizing quantities and manage leftover or waste materials.
Strong organizational skills to monitor material usage during production cycles.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with production and warehouse teams.
