IT SUPERVISOR @ SUNDA
Sunda is currently looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Supervisor to join our operational team in Dar es Salaam. This role is pivotal for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our technological infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT operations, providing critical first-level technical support, and ensuring that all network systems, including switches and routers, are functioning optimally.
Beyond routine maintenance, the IT Supervisor will take a lead role in coordinating IT projects and offering guidance to junior technical staff. This includes the management of CCTV and NVR installations, as well as the integration of ERP systems into our workflow. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in IT support and networking who can communicate effectively and lead a team toward technological excellence.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support
Strong knowledge of networking and IT support services
Experience with ERP systems and IT infrastructure
Good problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills
Ability to manage and maintain network systems like switches and routers
Proficiency in supporting CCTV and NVR infrastructure
Capability to coordinate IT projects and provide technical guidance
Experience in first-level technical support and troubleshooting
Readiness for immediate availability is highly preferred
