We are seeking a dynamic and experienced DES Northern Sales Supervisor to join our FMCG sales team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting regional sales operations, ensuring that the company's market share continues to grow through strategic planning and effective team management. You will maintain strong customer relationships, expand market coverage, and work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, the role involves driving product visibility across various retail and wholesale points. You will be expected to handle customer concerns promptly and provide data-driven solutions to business challenges. This position requires a professional who can lead by example, monitor performance metrics, and submit regular reports to management regarding market trends and sales achievements within the Dar es Salaam region.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience.
Strong knowledge of Dar es Salaam market and customer network.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Fluent in English and Swahili.
Good computer and reporting skills.
Ability to supervise and support regional sales operations.
Experience in maintaining strong customer relationships.
Ability to follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Proactive mindset towards product visibility and business growth.
