Sumwood is a prominent furniture and upholstery company looking for a dedicated Upholstery Supervisor to join our production facility in Arusha, Tanzania. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, overseeing the daily activities of the upholstery team and ensuring that every piece of furniture meets our rigorous standards for quality and craftsmanship. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a productive work environment that prioritizes safety and excellence. Key Requirements
Supervise daily upholstery activities and workforce

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the upholstery or furniture manufacturing industry
