ACCOMMODATION MANAGER @ SUMMIT RETREAT
Summit Retreat is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Accommodation Manager to lead operations for their 12-room B&B located in the heart of Moshi Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring hospitality excellence, maintaining high guest satisfaction standards, and driving significant growth through strategic leadership and revenue generation. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional who understands the nuances of the tourism industry in Tanzania and is eager to take ownership of a growing business in a key tourism hub.
The responsibilities encompass overseeing daily housekeeping, room readiness, and the overall guest experience, including managing breakfast services and coordinating maintenance and security. Beyond daily operations, the manager will lead commercial efforts by building partnerships with tour operators and corporate clients, managing digital marketing across platforms like TripAdvisor and Booking.com, and implementing pricing strategies to boost occupancy. The role requires a proactive individual capable of recruiting and training staff while maintaining operational efficiency, budgets, and compliance standards.
