As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company in the field, tasked with onboarding new retail shops, driving brand awareness, and managing key relationships within a designated territory. You will leverage our digital platform to streamline product sourcing and ensure that our retail partners have everything they need to succeed.

Key Requirements
College education in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or field sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications
Fluent in both Swahili and English
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
High level of professional integrity and reliability
Capable of working independently in field environments
