Our Real Estate Team is expanding, and we need energetic Field Sales Executives to lead our market activations and outreach programs in Nairobi. This role involves direct interaction with walk-in prospects and referrals, as well as conducting outreach to build a robust pipeline of potential buyers. You will be the face of our project during site tours and project presentations, ensuring that every prospect receives a premium experience.
In this role, you will be instrumental in building broker and agent networks to expand our market reach. The position is project-based and involves a mix of field work and office duties within Nairobi. Candidates should be ready to work a full schedule from Monday to Saturday. Key Requirements
Conduct aggressive market activations and community outreach.
Meet and consult with walk-in and referral prospects.
Support and lead site tours and detailed project presentations.
Build and maintain a network of external brokers and agents.
Maintain a high level of energy and proactive engagement.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
Ensure professional representation of the real estate brand.
