Key Requirements
5–10 years of MEP Project Management experience specifically within the UAE market
Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and site teams effectively
Extensive experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and various stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
Proficiency in project management software and MEP design interpretation
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse onsite construction teams
Strong understanding of local UAE building codes and safety regulations
Demonstrated track record of delivering complex MEP projects on time and within budget
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for vendor and consultant management
