Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prepare financial statements and reports accurately.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Experience with payroll, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
