StyledByLayo Fashion Academy is a professional training hub dedicated to nurturing the next generation of fashion creatives through hands-on learning, creative expression, and industry-relevant skills led by expert tutors passionate about excellence. We are currently seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Fashion Academy Operations Officer to oversee the day-to-day management and smooth operations of our academy in Gbagada, Lagos. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can blend administrative expertise with a passion for the fashion industry.
The ideal candidate must understand fashion designing, be social media savvy, and possess strong administrative, operational, and people-management skills within a dynamic creative environment. You will be responsible for facility maintenance, equipment coordination, and supervising support staff to ensure the workspace meets professional standards. Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000.

Key Requirements
2–3 years proven experience in administration and fashion management
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to manage people, customers, and vendors effectively
Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills
Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Deep understanding of fashion designing processes and production
Social media savvy with the ability to handle creative communication
High attention to detail and a solution-driven mindset
Ability to implement and monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards
Experience in coordinating equipment maintenance and workspace repairs
