SERVICE DELIVERY EXECUTIVE @ STS GROUP
STS Group is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Executive to join the operational team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day service delivery to ensure smooth transport operations, acting as the primary point of contact for parents, schools, and other key stakeholders. This role involves monitoring service quality and addressing customer feedback promptly to maintain high standards of service and stakeholder satisfaction.
The role requires close coordination with drivers, supervisors, and internal teams to facilitate efficient operations and resolve any logistical challenges. Candidates should possess a strong background in customer service and operations, particularly within the transport or logistics sectors. Proficiency in Arabic is essential for this position, as it involves significant interaction with local stakeholders and detailed reporting on service performance.

Key Requirements
2–4 years’ experience in school transport, logistics, or a related service industry
Strong operational and customer service background
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Arabic language proficiency is essential
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office and reporting
Ability to coordinate effectively with drivers and supervisors
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in managing customer feedback and service quality monitoring
