MECHANICAL ENGINEERING MANAGER @ STRATEGY PRO
The Mechanical Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading the mechanical engineering department for high-rise and mixed-use developments in Dubai. This role involves the comprehensive oversight of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems from the design phase through to execution. The successful candidate will manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams and collaborate with external consultants to ensure all systems meet rigorous quality and safety standards while adhering to project timelines and budgetary constraints. In addition to technical oversight, the manager will be tasked with driving sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives within the company's projects. This includes staying abreast of the latest green building technologies and ensuring all developments comply with local and international sustainability regulations. The compensation package for this role is AED 40,000–50,000 per month, which includes an education allowance and an annual bonus based on performance.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in leading mechanical engineering projects for high-rise and mixed-use developments.
In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external consultants.
Commitment to achieving sustainability and energy efficiency goals in all engineering designs.
Strong understanding of local UAE building codes, regulations, and international standards.
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and timeline oversight.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD or Revit MEP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex engineering challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
