Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar Human Resources role.
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
Experience managing global mobility and immigration processes for a global workforce.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with a diverse workforce.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in the biotechnology, science, or agricultural industry is highly preferred.
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
