EMBA OPERATORS - 170 POSITIONS @ STEVEL ACTAR
We are conducting a large-scale recruitment for 170 EMBA Operators to join our facility in the United Arab Emirates. This is a massive opportunity for technical professionals to join a growing team and operate high-speed EMBA folder-gluers or similar machines. The monthly salary for this role is between 3000 and 3500 AED.
Interviews will be organized in Tanzania, and we specifically prefer Tanzanian nationals for these numerous openings. The role involves managing high-volume production while ensuring that all safety and quality metrics are met consistently. Successful candidates will be part of a major operational expansion in the UAE.

Key Requirements
Experience in operating EMBA folder-gluer machines or equivalent industrial equipment.
Willingness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates for employment.
Tanzanian national status is a preferred qualification for these roles.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of high-speed production.
Ability to manage high-volume tasks with precision and speed.
Commitment to workplace safety and hazard prevention.
Capacity to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high focus.
Good communication skills for effective team coordination.
Flexibility to adapt to new production technologies and processes.
Successful completion of the interview process in Tanzania.
