Stevel Actar is seeking qualified DRO Operators to fill two available positions based in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves the specialized operation of DRO machinery within a manufacturing environment, requiring precision and a strong commitment to production efficiency. The monthly salary for this role is between 3000 and 3500 AED.
Candidates will be expected to maintain high safety standards and perform routine equipment checks. While the work location is in the UAE, the interview process will take place in Tanzania, and Tanzanian nationals are preferred for these roles. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a DRO machine operator in a production environment.
Ability to relocate and work full-time in the United Arab Emirates.
Preference for Tanzanian national status as per company recruitment focus.
Capability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Deep understanding of industrial safety protocols and standards.
Physical stamina to handle the demands of a manufacturing floor.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
Ability to follow complex technical instructions and diagrams.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills within a diverse workforce.
Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
