INSTITUTE SALES MANAGER @ STERLING
Sterling is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institute Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing institutional client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our market presence within the educational and corporate sectors.
The successful candidate will lead sales initiatives, mentor team members, and ensure that all sales targets are met or exceeded. You will be expected to represent the company with professionalism and expertise, building long-term partnerships with institutional clients and identifying new business opportunities to strengthen our brand footprint in the region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in marketing, business, commerce or any related field
At least 5 years of proven sales experience
Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in B2B or institutional sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Deep understanding of market analysis and competitor intelligence
High level of integrity and professional ethics
